I think he still needs time to develop at the position (he did just switch this offseason). He was a very good fullback, but as has been mentioned by the coaches, that position doesn't have much of a role in this offense anymore. The position switch was prompted by the change in offense, and the desire to get Mason on the field in some other fashion.

If I had to pick one thing? Limit turnovers. Hitting some of the big plays that have been just missed would be next.
